Today will potentially be a major mark in the history of Haiti. As Haiti received results on the presidential election yesterday the results stated Jude Celestin, a candidate many people oppose, is still in the running. Today we see the first fruits.
A team of three, scheduled to fly in today to scout out potential communities in which they can support long-term, had to turn around as the Port Au Prince airport shut-down. Our planned trip to Les Cayes is now canceled as it has become an area of focus for blockades and riots.
